At Easy Spirit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes don't provide the perfect fit, you can return unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure easy tracking and processing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in the original shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy shipping container, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
